I have had the pleasure of working with Adam Hepworth for the past eight years, the most recent five
years as a business partner. In the highly relationship-dependent energy industry, Adam was the driving
force behind business development, relationship management project development and execution. In
fact, Adam was primarily responsible for the generation and management of those relationships that
resulted in the built assets that our partnership currently owns and operates. Furthermore, Adam's
extensive knowledge of the automation industry, including supplier relations and implementation, added
tremendous value to the execution and successful commissioning of our power generation assets.
Adam's skill set has also enabled him to act on our partnership's behalf in the management of political
and regulatory agencies, working within complex regulatory environments and implementing protocols
derived from strict commercial and multi-lateral lending institutions.

partnership. I have never worked with someone as selfless and considerate as Adam, who has
consistently demonstrated his value as a trustworthy partner and who managed to stay focused on our
business' interests irrespective of demanding personal matters as they arose. For myself, as a majority
shareholder and investor in our partnership, having Adam as a project lead, regardless of territory (Adam
has led our partnership in ventures in Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa), became a pre-
requisite for investment; a testament to my trust in him as a partner and his ability to operate effectively
and independently in demanding and dynamic business environments. My faith in Adam to maintain our
