Arrive at golf course, wait for
movers & set-up staff

Sign-In
talk & sign in with event charity
planners find out where to set
up
7:30AM-7:45AM
Check
Check area of where stand will
be & tell movers to unload at
that spot
7:45AM-7:50AM
Ensure
Ensure that whatever
spot/equipment was requested
is at the stand spot
7:50AM-8:00AM
Set-up
Start setting up gazebo stand
with decorations, food &
drinks, set up massage chairs
and products for sale, debit
and change for purchases,
logos of spa, documents to
hand out (brochures, coupons,
business cards)
7:30AM-8:40AM
Food and Drinks Presentation
Make sure food and drink
products and samples arrive &
are in great condition (look
good, taste good etc…)
7:30AM-8:40AM
Check surroundings
Check what other stands are
at the next hole to prepare for
competition/repetitiveness and
check if there is shade to park
the coolers/food
8:45 AM
Arrival Staff
wait for staff (promo &
waitresses to arrive), make
sure volunteers are ready,
make sure debit machine is
working and have change for
purchases
8:45AM
Prep Staffers
Prep staff on what is expected
of them, tell them what to do,
massage oils/creams into
golfers & guests hands, hand
out food and drinks, volunteer
spa masseuses to not only
sample massages, restock
when necessary
8:45AM-9:30AM
Morning staff
Morning staff can leave once
the golfers begin the game
9:00AM-9:30AM
Check status of food & drinks
Throughout event make sure
there are still enough samples
of items being given to golfers,

Review challenges
Throughout event mark down
notes of challenges, problems
that arose, how issues could
have been dealt with
differently

Review strengths
During event note down which
part/problem was dealt with
promptly, the streghts of the
day

Calculate
Calculate purchases, revenue
from products that were sold
to golfers and guests

Tear Down
Clean up, wait for movers and

thank charity for having you
