I am a Finance Specialist and I have extensive experience having worked with the public, private
sector and Non-Governmental Organisation. I hold a Doctorate (PhD) degree in Accounting and
Finance, Masters of Philosophy in Accounting, and a Chartered and Certified Accountant Certificate
(ACCA). I am a member of the Chartered and Certified Accountant of England and Sierra Leone. I
am currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with focus in Strategic Planning at the
Edinburgh Business School (My Registration No. is 600426422). I have attached my curriculum vitae
for your perusal.
For more than a decade, I have being part of the management of the Global Fund Malaria and
Tuberculosis Grants. In all my years of engagement with the Global Fund Grant Management I have
participated in the preparation and submission of proposals with specific focus on the financial aspects
of the proposals, submission of financial and programmatic reports to the Country Coordinating
Mechanism (CCM- the Board) and the Global Fund Geneva Team. In addition I have been the
Director of Finance and Administration at Sierra Leone Red Cross Society managing different types of
donor funding.
I being working with and for the Ministry of Health and Sanitation and the District Management
Teams for the past 11 years.

For more than a decade (2004 to date) I have being working on the Global Fund Malaria and
Tuberculosis Grants. I have being working with and for the Ministry of Health, working with District
Health Management Teams and with Sub- Recipients of the Global Fund Grants.
Specialist area is in Financial Management. I have extensive experience working in the public and
private sector. Managed the Tuberculosis and Malaria Global Fund Grants for over 10 years. I was
Director of Finance and Administration at the Sierra Leone Red Cross Society
I am serving as an external examiner for Fourah Bay College University of Sierra Leone on
Accounting Topics. I have also served as co- supervisor for PhD Student. I have extensive experience
in research, financial management and managing people.
I hold membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant in the United Kingdom and
