2. Colombian Culture
Colombian culture was formed thanks to the inheritance of the different
traditions of the indigenous peoples that inhabited the national territory.
Later, with the arrival of the Spanish and the African slaves in the colonial
era, their customs and traditions were incorporated into the aboriginal
communities. This mixture gave rise to a culture rich in diversity with
common features of other Latin American peoples but, at the same time,
with unique characteristics.
3. In Colombia 70 languages are spoken: Spanish (it is the official language)
and 69 mother tongues among them 65 are indigenous languages, 2

Colombia is a country where many people are inspired to sing, in the
Caribbean region the Castilians had many vallenato music artists, one of
the most famous is called Diomedes Diaz, one of the singers who
delighted me for many years with his songs to Colombia and different
parts internationally
6. Gastronomy
In Colombia there are different types of dishes: chickpea cake, rice with
chicken, rice with meat, peas and yucca rice. also as is the mute soup
prepared with pork, corn, potato and chickpea
7. Fauna
Being a tropical country located on the equator, Colombia has a large
representation of taxonomic groups in flora and fauna typical of the area,
to which are added varieties of fauna migrations from different parts of the
planet; due to the variety of ecosystems

Medellín
It is the capital of the mountainous province of Antioquia in Colombia. it is
nicknamed the "city of eternal spring“
Cartagena
It is a port city on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. By the sea is the old
walled city, which was founded in the 16th century, with plazas,
cobblestone streets, and colorful buildings. With a tropical climate, the city
is also a popular destination for its beaches.
9. Bogota
It is the extensive high altitude capital of Colombia. La Calendarial, its
cobblestoned center, features colonial sites like the neoclassical Teatro
Colon and the 17th-century Iglesias de San Francisco.
10. Use the technology
Among 176 countries, Colombia held the 84th position in terms of ICT
access, use and skills. While part of the world prepares for revolutions such
as artificial intelligence, in the country access to mobile broadband and
the design of policies that encourage evolution are still a challenge.
11. Colombia's progress in terms of connectivity during 2021 reveals an
accelerated execution of connectivity projects in the country by the
national government, especially in rural and urban areas of the 32
departments.
