• Method of valuation of goodwill in case of admission, retirement or
death of a partner.

• Interest on capital will be charged at 6%.
•The partnership firm is registered under Indian Partnership Act 1932.
• Banking transactions of our company are handled by UBI Bank.
• In case of dissolution of partnership due to insolvency assets of the firm
are revalued and liabilities are reassessed.The profit or loss due to it, is
distributed among all partners in their old profit sharing ratio.
• In case of dissolution of firm assets of the firm are realised and liabilities
are settled.The balance amount, if any is distributed among all the
partners.
