Jahna the little elephant wanders away from her parents while chasing a butterfly and falls into a dirty swamp. Unable to find her way home, she sits crying until Uncle Tapir finds her. He helps clean her up and guides her safely back home. Jahna's parents were worried but thankful that Uncle Tapir rescued their daughter from being lost in the jungle.

1. The Narrative Text
Thank You Uncle Tapir
Orientation:
Once upon time, deep in the wild wide jungle, lives a little
elephant name Jahna. She has clean, light skin and always look fresh.
That is why her parents is very well love. Wherever Jahna goes, the
father and mother always on her side. Even if they have long journey,
she has to walk between them. This condition makes Jahna feels
uncomfortable.
Complication:
One day in the early morning, the sun shine brightly. Everything
looks very beatifull,colorfull flowers everywhere. Many butterflies
here and there. They are flying from one flower to another. Jahna
amaze by the view, then she decide to catch a butterfly.
Unconciously Jahna has enter into deep jungle she has never
passed. But the butterfly still flies higher and higher. Jahna is curios
and keep charsing the butterfly. Suddenly Jahna falls! She falls intro
the dirty-stinky swamp. The more Jahna moves, the more she gets
drawn and drawn. With the mud all over the body, Jahna intent to go
home. But no, she can not find the way back home. On the crossroad,
she is confused. Jahna doesn’t know which way it she has to pass.
Finnaly, she just can sit and cries.
Resolution:
Fortunately, uncle Tapir passed by, and then he comes closer to
Jahna. unle Tapir helped Jahna who’s really sad. Jahna tell what
happened to uncle Tapir. Then uncle Tapir takes Jahna to the lake.
Jahna was told to take a shower while uncle Tapir is waiting on the
side. After the showering, uncle Tapir take Jahna home. There at
home Jahna’s parents looks very worry. Jahna sayings all to her
mother and father. Jahna and her parents says thanks for your
kindness, uncle Tapir.
