INVESTIMENT GOAL
The goal was based on the economic, social, weather and land characteristics of Lam
Dong province and the scale of the project. The investment goal is to build an integrated
recreational area with different themes to fulfill both entertaining and educational purposes. We
want to build a highly competitive and unique model that does not only utilize the resources of
the region but also avoid duplicating already existed models.
This will be Vietnam’s first resort that includes entertainment as well as restaurants and
hospitality services.
With the area of 1000 hecta, the investor will make PRENN Lake Resort become an integrated
recreational area that highlights the distinct of Lam Dong province and flowers. We will combine
the worldly famous entertaining models like Disneyland with movie studio following the Universal
Studio model in Hollywood so movie crews can pick the resort for their settings.
PRENN Lake Resort will be environmentally friendly throughout the planning and building
processes. Resources will be used economically and sufficiently, avoid cutting down trees,
process waste water.
PRENN Lake Resort will be built to preserve rare and exotic animals of Tay Nguyen region. The
investor will work with education authorities to let students visit and learn from the area.
The resort will be miniature world containing the world and Vietnam’s wonders for the visitors to
sightsee.
Low-rise construction work, laws and flowers gardens will the center throughout the space of the
resort, in place harmonically with the lake and pine tree forest scenery.
3. THUAN VIET
BUILDING A SUFFICIENT MANAGEMENT
This is a huge project with respect to its national and international stature. Therefore,
management plays an extremely important role in the success of the business.
During the operation of the project, our company plans to hire employees with sufficient skills and
will send them abroad for training.
At stage 1 of the project, an overseas company specialized in managing recreational activities will
be hired to overlook the project at the beginning. Our Vietnamese employees will be trained on
the spot and learnt from the experience, work ethnic of the foreign experts in order to replace
these experts at the top positions step by step.
At the finishing-up stage, we plan to have our Vietnamese employees at 80% of the top
management positions.
Throughout the project, we will follow international management standards like ISO 9000 (Quality
management system), ISO 14000 (Environmental management system), ISO 26000 (Social
responsibility management system)
We are certain that PRENN Lake resort will be Vietnam’s first resort to apply the worldly

According to the scale of the project, the investors will start dividing their funding
based on the following stages.
The time expected to complete the project is 8 years:
- Stage 1: 2012-2015
Complete all the investing procedures for the project. Compensate for land clearance,
look for and dispose bombs, invest on building basic infrastructure and lake.
Expected cost 8.000 VNĐ billions.
- Stage 2: 2015-2018
Call for secondary investors to build other functional subdivisions. Expected cost 8.000 VNĐ billions.
- Stage 3: 2018-2020
Complete the project and begin to operate 100% of the project. Expected cost 9.000 VNĐ billions.
15. EFFECT OF THE PROJECT

1. When construction the projects of landscape lake and providing water for Prenn in operation, it will create a
large lake, on 1.150m altitude compared to sea level, surrounded by hills and mountains pine forest, will
generate a spectacular and poetic landscape,, facilitate touris's activities.
2. Due to investor's protection, contribute to the conservation and restoration of forest resources, prevent
erosion, cultivated, erosion locally.
3. When implementing the projects, investors will create more jobs for local workers, especially general
workers and contribute to training local human resources in tourism services. Set priorities for households in the
project’s area, contribute to stable the order and security, rational use of land resources, forests.
4. Contribute to local restructuring of labor from agricultural laborers to the field of tourism, services,

16. ABOUT THE NEW IDEA

1.Lam Dong province in general and Da Lat city in particular is the flowers metropolis of Viet Nam.
Therefore, the idea throughout the design and building of the PRENN Lake Resort is to bring
flowers into all the functional subdivisions of the project. Flowers will be grown together based
on the theme. Wherever flowers are not grown together, they would be arranged with the
scenery. For example, there would be strips of wild flowers beneath the pine trees.
We would set up a fare system that is flexible and suitable for many groups (children, students,
families, military forces, etc); fares with different lengths (daily tickets, weekly tickets, monthly
tickets, yearly tickets…) to suit the financial abilities of our customers.
2.Our design will incorporate our country’s unique culture with the modern trends in the world.
The functional subdivisions will have popular entertainment games mimicking Disneyland and
cinema techniques like Studio Universal in California, US. Our goal is to diverse the resort in
order to meet the requirements of everyone regardless of their age or sex.
