I have been a business appraiser since 1978 and a business owner since 1982, when Mercer Capital was formed. Mercer Capital is a 40-person, employee-owned business valuation and financial advisory firm.
Currently, I have a keen interest in talking to business owners and their advisers about managing the wealth in private businesses with the same intensity and respect that profit sharing funds and other liquid assets are typically managed.
