The fundamental value proposition of STCs for locating companies is the right size at the right cost. Less time in commuting, More time to share with family. Living and working space are larger . there are more resources: food, energy ， Most importantly, human resources （ has a substantial population and available, quality workforce ）… So we can see that why SCTs are so attractive?

- Is there any Question? 1.Which kind of city would you like to choose? In my opinion, I would like to work in FTCs, but I had to buy a house in the STCs. You can see it’s a big contradiction, it like Fish and Bear’s paw, you cannot have the both at the same time. So I would choose the FTCs when I am young, and After getting older, I would like to move to the STCs to enjoy my life.
