1. Press on the Start menu button, look for “Computer” and do right click there. Now you will
see a new menu: do normal click in the option and “Properties”.

2. 2. In the new window you see, press in "Advanced system settings" in the left side (usually,
last of the 4 top options).
3. You will see the "System properties" windows. There, you should click in the "Hardware"
tab (usually 2nd

3. 4. Once you clicked the "Hardware tab", you will see the "Device Manager" description area in
the top, and the same name button, "Device Manager": press it.

4. 5. Once pressed the "Device Manager"button, a new windows is going to appear. That's the
Device Manager window... Your camera must be listed there, there are some possibilities:
6. Usually, called "Integrated Webcam" (or model name) and located in "Imaging devices"
area, for example:

5. 7. If there's some problem with the driver, it will appear with a yellow admiration icon, like
this (under added red circle area):
8. A bigger problem is that Windows even doesn't know which kind of device it is, so, it would
appear in "Other devices", something like this (although it's less common in newer Windows
versions):

10. Once you found it, do right click in the camera icon and select "Update Driver Software..."
