A Shelf Corporation (also known as) an
Aged Corporation or Seasoned
Corporation is a Corporation that has had
no activity.
This Corporation is then later
sold to someone who would prefer to
have an Aged Corporation rather than a
new one.

Super Shelf Corporation With

We will be obtaining Corporate Funding through
Shelf Corporations and adding a Personal Guarantor generated
by a fully loaded SCN (720-800 credit Score).
We only use corporations from Colorado and Minnesota
because they do not list the owners of the company
on their website (this is key for lenders because
they will not spend time calling the Secretary of State
to find out how long you’ve been the owner of the company.
Program takes 120- 180 days from start to finish (excluding
weekends).

How does the process work with funding
You submit your application.
File is reviewed and the corporation is purchased/SCN
Profile is being built simultaneously.
SCN and Trade Lines take 8-10 weeks to complete.
Once the corporation has been transferred to your name,
you will be given the information on the file so that you
can open a business bank account locally.
Once the file is purchased, 8-11 trade lines are added that
show a cumulative amount of trades from
$75,000-$3,500,000.
Once trade lines are added, the credit builder program
is added to the file.
After DNB does their process of investigating the file
the business will then have a Paydex Score.

Process with Funding Cont’d
When Dun & Bradstreet completes their processing of the file
it is delivered back to the home office where the funding process
begins.
At this point 3-5 lenders are used to create the funding
for the corporation. You will be sent applications that need to be
completed and signed for the business.
Once you submit the applications back to us, they are sent
to the lenders. Verifications are made by lender to the home office.
In 15-21 business days total, funding will have completed on this file.
Home Office deducts 15% backend fee and balance is sent to
you the client overnight in certified funds to the business name.
You will have had your account setup so depositing will not
be a problem.
Please Note: Anytime funding is obtained over $100,000 you will be required to setup
a Forex Trading account. ***See Next Slide***

With many years of experience behind us in the finance industry…we know that not
everyone’s business idea will work. With that being said, as a company we have to
not only protect ourselves & the lending relationships we’ve built but…we need to
protect our current & future clients’ abilities to secure funding.
With that being said, Forex Trading is the best way we know to ensure these loans are
paid & our clients’ are also leveraging themselves financially.
The Brokers we have compiled are all referrals from our current clients’/investors’.
each Broker has a history of earning clients’ 15-27% interest on the funds
deposited.
This is your money sitting in the account & you will have a conference with your
broker on a monthly basis so that there is always FULL disclosure as to what is
happening with your money…in your account. The goal with this program is for you
the “business owner” to focus on building your successful business while not worrying
about taking care of a monthly bill.
In the end…this account will be paying you!

How Can You Get Started
Decide which program you are most interested in.
Make contact with your representative.
Obtain an application which needs to be completed
prior to moving forward.
Submit Full Payment or your Initial Deposit (if doing the
payment plan option).
Once payment & forms have been received… processing begins
on your file.
Within 4-5 weeks you will be contacted with the
information to open a business bank account.
You will be updated periodically throughout the
process so you are aware of what stage your file is in.
