What is Customer Portal?
Customer Portal is one of the best ways to increase your customer relationship level. With customer
portal, you would be able to connect directly with your customers and provide the information they
need.
1. DASHBOARD
For this sub module, it allows you see all your dashboard. To see, please follow the steps as
follow: -
1. Go to https://v2.officecentral.asia/CustomerPortal/Account/Login.
2. Then in left side bar, Click “Dashboard” -
Description:
1 Click on this button “Dashboard” to see your outstanding transactions.

1. When you select “Dashboard”, you will see all list of order you made as per the following
picture.
Description:
1 It will show amount of “Outstanding Invoice” from your order.
2 It will show “Total Outstanding Amount” from all your outstanding invoices.
3 It will show “Company ” from all your outstanding invoices.

2. CUSTOMER PORTAL
For this sub module, it allows you see all your history transaction. To see, please follow the steps
as follow: -
2. Go to “Customer Portal”.
3. Then in left side bar, click “Customer Portal”.
Description:
1 Click on this button “Quotation” to see your quotation from supplier.
2 Click on this button “Order” to see your order acceptance.
3 Click on this button “Invoices” to see your invoices from supplier.
4 Click on this button “Receipts” to see your receipts from supplier.

4. When you select “Orders”, you will see all list of order you made as per the following
picture.
Description:
1 It will show “Total Amount” of all order.
2 It will show “List of Orders” that you have made.
3 Click on this button “Search” to search your orders by reference number.

5. When you select “Invoices”, you will see all list of invoices from your order as per the
following picture.
Description:
1 It will show amount of “Received Invoice” from your order.
2 It will show “Total Invoices Amount” from all your invoices.
3 It will show amount of “Outstanding Invoice” from your order.
4 It will show “Total Outstanding Amount” from all your outstanding invoices.
5 Click on this button “Search” to search your invoices by reference number.

1 It will show “Total Receipt(s)” from your payment.
2 It will show “Total Amount Paid” from all your receipt.
3 Click on this button “Search” to search your receipt(s) by reference number.

I. When you select “My Network”, you will see all list of order you made as per the
following picture.
Description:
1 It will show “Your Introducer URL” to introduce other agents to join under you by asking them
to sign up using this URL.
2 It will show “Direct Introduce” that show your direct introduces.
3 It will show “Direct Customer” that show your direct customers that order from you.
