    • Raised $2500.00 to purchase five bike ambulances in Malawithrough CAP AIDS where $500 will provide a bicycle-ambulance, including costs for delivery and maintenance.

    • Ola went to Peru summer of 2009 to study water sanitation
    • 15. Julia went to Nepal summer of 2010 to study forest management
    • 16. Brent and Marina will go to Vietnam this summer to study youth in the workforce
    • 17. Outreach about International Seminar programs with students at Experiential Learning Fair, The Places You’ll Go, and fundraising Bar Nights

  • 18. Fair Trade
    -Handed out free fair trade hot chocolate, coffee, and tea every second Monday at Fair Trade Monday in the Tory Business Atrium to raise awareness of fair trade
    -Reverse Trick or Treat on Halloween were we talked to 500 houses about fair trade!
    -Sold fair trade shea butter products from women’s cooperatives in Burkina Faso at Just Christmas

    -Sent Sepehr and Huiyi to SGS Leadership Summit to develop skills like financing, event planning, and networking for student groups
    -Sent Adi to the Leadership Meeting to network, share skills and ideas with other representatives from different local committee leaders from across Canada
    -Sent Julia to the Annual General Meeting (AGA) to meet other local committee leaders from across Canada and to learn about the work WUSC does abroad
