Aromatherapy is a type of alternative medicine that makes use of liquids
extracted from plants, which are known as essential oils, to improve a

A very popular spa treatment available at Day Spas and Beauty Spas -
involves cleansing customer facial pores and freshening customer’s skin.

7. Scrub
A “scrub” is a type of treatment designed to exfoliate and reinvigorate
customer body. It involves “scrubbing” the skin to remove dead cells, which in
turn encourages the growth of new ones.
Nasyam
This is an Ayurvedic procedure in which specially prepared herbal juices,
powders and oils are introduced into the nose.
