Dr Bob Roth and Katherine Halpin – partners of HalpinRoth; presents their “innovative” Quantum Leap Growth SM Approach to the 4-P’s to preparing CEOs and their teams to be who they need to be and also to do what they need to do, to produce and sustain quantum leap results. Their coaching process is very different in terms of velocity, simplicity, individual support, team members working at their real jobs, team members stepping up or stepping out and accountability for delivering "hard" sales and profit improvement results. Most CEOs dream about delivering quantum leap sales and profit growth. But, most CEOs also equate pursuing big growth with taking big risks. That is why, under current economic conditions, so many CEOs have to answer “No” to the question: “ Got Growth ?” In a broad based two decade study, working with Fortune 100 and hundreds of smaller companies, the authors identified four risks that frequently cause growth initiatives to fail. When CEOs understand these four risks they frequently conclude that they can manage and mitigate them. As a result, they feel more confident pursuing quantum leap revenue and EBITDA growth. Both the presentation and workshop discuss the three most common approaches that CEOs are taking in response to these difficult economic times. Those approaches include 1) folding their tent, or 2) choosing to just survive, or 3) choosing to thrive by pursuing quantum leap growth. www.halpinroth.com OUR WORKSHOPS
