9:00 Met with my facilitator to discuss lessons for Calvin
p.m. We also discussed who to contact for reserving the
sanctuary in preparation for the recital
1/28/13 4:00 – I met with my facilitator to discuss what the program
6:00 for the recital was going to look like

She also reminded me to contact through e-mail the
pastor at Grace Church and the secretary at Cherokee
Presbyterian Church to ask to put in the recital
announcement in their bulletins.
2/6/13 Around I e-mailed Mr. Robie Hembree to confirm the
6:00 reserved sanctuary for the recital and to ask if he
p.m. could announce the recital in their bulletin.
I also e-mailed Mrs. Katherine Pittman, the secretary
for Cherokee Presbyterian Church, to ask if they
could announce the recital in their bulletin as well.
