Dear John:
I recently had the pleasure of staying overnight at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in
downtown Toronto. My niece, from Ottawa, was attending a conference along with
1600 other delegates. She was raving about the wonderful pillows in her suite, and
couldn’t wait for us to arrive at week’s end to try them also.
After a very busy day with her son Christopher, age 11; an afternoon walking around the
Royal Ontario Museum, a stroll down Yonge St. and back to the Hotel, we retired at
approximately 10:30 p.m.
I had the best night of sleep that I have ever had. We were all thrilled with the
wonderful pillows and wanted to stay again that night, just for the sake of using them
again. I tend to wake often in the night due to arthritic aches and pains, but never stirred
that evening. I awoke fresh and rested.
We found the pillow tag (and hoping the ‘ pillow police’ weren’t about to come after
us!), we tore off the tag so that we could look further into who, what and where these
fantastic pillows were made.
The tag information led me to you and I can hardly wait until I can obtain pillows for
myself. I know that once I give this information to my niece (and the rest of my family)
they will be calling you as well.
