摘要
以目前診斷食道腫瘤的技術來說 是由醫生對病患的頸胸部影像來判斷是否有腫瘤的存在,
,
進而判斷為惡性或良性腫瘤,其過程則需要花費許多的人力在判讀病患的胸部影像切片上,不僅
耗時又耗力,因此本專題目的在於能利用電腦判讀正子放射斷層攝影(Positron Emission
,偵測腫瘤的存在並將其定位,以協助醫生進行後續的治療。此專案又分為
Tomography,PET)
兩個部分:分析 PET 切片影像和切片 3D 重建。
第一部分:腫瘤物件輪廓偵測。因大多數惡性腫瘤對葡萄糖的代謝會異常增加,所以在 PET
影像中,除了腦部、腎臟、等等代謝旺盛的器官之外,惡性腫瘤也會呈現較深色的部分,加上外
形接近橢圓,因此本專題利用這兩個特徵圈出腫瘤的可能性位置。下圖為 PET 縱切食道癌影像,
紅色箭頭指的地方為腫瘤。
第二部分:重建 3D 模型,則是利用國家高速網路與計算中心所研發出來的 3D 醫學影像處理
軟體-Medical Image Illustrator(Miil),將分析過的 PET 影像做 3D 的合成,方便做治療追蹤及提
供醫師手術前之模擬。
