StopWatch Benefits

StopWatch Desktop Analytics will help you:

 Measure – Capture accurate workflow behavior and resource
     utilization by agent
 Analyze – Provide deeper understanding of process compliance,
inefficiencies, best practice and workforce management
 Act – Enable continuous monitoring of real statistics to prove out
business case and quantification of optimization successes

                                                                   www.sutherlandglobal.com

StopWatch 3 Phase Implementation

StopWatch Desktop Analytics Implementation consists of 3 phases:

    1. Workstation Analytics – Collect granular workflow and utilization data
    2. Transaction Analytics – Define and measure transactions
    3. Optimization – Implement workflow optimization toolsets

                                                                          www.sutherlandglobal.com
                                                                                                     7
                                                                                    28 August 2012
Stopwatch Technical Overview

       • There are 3 versions of StopWatch depending upon need and Infosec restrictions:
             • Local Version – Installed and runs on a single workstation
             • Intranet Version – Installed on shared folder (internal/external – such as
                Dropbox)
             • Enterprise Version – Web portal for multiple programs, locations and users.
       • No software installation or registry updated made to the workstation (except drop-
         in for local version).
       • Stopwatch generates a local log file of desktop activity – it is NOT a keylogger
       • Periodically, at an approximate hourly interval one of three things happens
             • Enterprise version: Log text file is sent via http post to a portal for graphic
                analysis.
             • Intranet Version: Log text file is sent to shared folder
             • Local Version: Log text file is processed for update of graphical display on local
                machine
       • There is no customer specific or otherwise sensitive information transmitted
       • No detectable CPU load or workstation latency -- invisible to users, runs entirely in
         background

                                                                                       www.sutherlandglobal.com
                                                                                                                  8
                                                                                                 28 August 2012
