The goal of the holding is to offer competitive, comprehensive and unified solutions
for partner regional airlines in the following areas:
- purchase of goods and services;
- operations;
- sales and pricing;
- code share structures;
- development of new products and services for the end user

3. Major sources of revenue
The following areas have been identified as major revenue sources:
- contributions of member airlines:
• initial fee
• membership fee per booking
- margin on wholesale purchases of goods and services (fuel, maintenance, parts etc.)
- commission on refinancing of the currently used aircraft (sale-lease backs, direct
purchases, pooling of dry leases)

4. What the consulting will offer:
Apart from the major source od revenue indicated before, the holding will offer unified
and cost-effective solutions which will also become sources of additional income of the
holding:
- common booking engine managed and run by the holding;
- stock of spare parts;
- revenue management system managed and run by the holding for all code share
routes;
