2. Retail Store HelpDesk
RenditionDigital’s dedicated IT team services our client’s over
300 retail stores in the United States, Canada, the United
Kingdom, Ireland, and France. Our team functions as a call-in
center for Tier 1 type issues.
Once a call is received, our team remotely accesses the retail
store’s equipment exhibiting the issue, progresses with initial
troubleshooting and fault resolution. These issues are
tracked against an agreed Service Level with our client.
Lead Generation Services
RenditionDigital’s team of seasoned Lead Generation
Specialists functions to qualify interested customers for our
client’s services by doing call-outs. If these customers fit the
screening criteria set by our client, the call is then routed to a
Sales Personnel to consummate the sale. All of the call
activities are taken note of in our client’s CRM application.
Data Encoding
RenditionDigital provides our client with teams to handle their
