He was born on June 26, 1974 in Pequannock,
NJ. Derek moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan
when he was 4. During the summers he
stayed with his grandparents in New Jersey.

Michigan but instead was drafted by the

players talk directly with fans. He is also opening a
