    16. Workforce Environment Upstate taxes are 53% higher than the national average. Average wages per worker are about 20% lower than the national average.
    17. Policy Proposal: Property Tax

      • Set a regional policy that ALL residential related property taxes shall be less than 2% of the property's assessed or appraised value
