4.  Another case, Plaintiff v. Crane Company,
heard in Hudson County’s Superior Court,
involved a plaintiff who was injured in a
crane accident. The plaintiff’s attorney
claimed design defect, but the firm argued

expert, resulting in the preclusion of 80
percent of the expert’s testimony. This case
