Purpose <ul><li>By using collaboration locations , client users can have their eReporting exports made available to other users via a portlet </li></ul><ul><li>Benefits </li></ul><ul><ul><li>allows users to share their exported reports to other users in their organisation (as an alternatively to mailing the files) </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Pre-requisites </li></ul><ul><ul><li>workspace publication portlet (browser, categorised news) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>folder set as a ‘collaboration location’ for the user’s organisation </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>folder must be within scope of what is being published to the portlet </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>ability to create presentations within eReporting (engine dependant – AW/KRE only as this stage) </li></ul></ul>

User downloads the presentation <ul><li>User specifies </li></ul><ul><ul><li>export name </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>export format </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>collaboration location to post the file to (in addition to the user downloading it themselves) </li></ul></ul><ul><li>On clicking download, the export file will be generated, offered to the user to open/save and also posted to the specific workspace folder </li></ul>
