3. To live in present is probably the most
difficult thing I have come across!
The reason is, uninterrupted
physiological stimulation leading to
continuous sensations resulting from
stimuli coming from external or internal
environment and also from their impact
in the past on brain! These are either
pleasurable or painful!
As a result, we are completely engrossed
and entangled; in guilt, fear, suffocation,
4. pride, nostalgia, happiness etc. about
past; and fear, escapism, hopes, dreams,
excitement etc. about future.
Is living in the present; associated with
the blissful cosmic romance and
benevolent to the universe? Is the
“awareness of past and future time” the
function of physiological sensations? Does
the living in present actually imply living
beyond time by actually being beyond
physiological sensations? Is this supra-
physiological plane of existence?
5. Is this possible through
NAMASMARAN? One has to verify for
oneself!
