As I settled into my first job, I remember getting excited at the prospect of getting new IT and Telecom products and services to figure out and interpret for my not so technically adept boss, this turned out to be the toughest job because although I "got it"​, it turned out that not everyone had the ‘nerdish’ affinity for highly complex products!
