Thank heavens! After a long wait somebody thought of dedicating a property site dedicated to the
Delhi/NCR region. It’s been in the coming for a long time.
I visited this portal www.flatsindelhi.com. These guys have done a commendable job in designing a site
worthy of a visit worth all the time one would spend there.
The site is dedicated to only:
- Residential properties in Delhi
- Residential properties in Faridabad
- Residential properties in Noida
- Residential properties in Gurgaon
- Residential properties in Ghaziabad
- Residential properties in Greater Noida
- Flats in Delhi
- Flats in Faridabad
- Flats in Noida
- Flats in Gurgaon
- Flats in Ghaziabad
- Flats in Greater Noida
So now it makes it much easier for home buyers and property sellers to strike a good deal, well, atleast
in the Delhi/NCR. The sellers can simply signup and post their property there. Then just sit back and wait
for the right buyer to approach them.
The property buyers looking to buy a property in Delhi/NCR too have a nice ‘property Search’ option
where can filter the properties to suit their needs.
Did I forget to mention the Property agents and dealers?
There’s gazillion of options for Property brokers too. Not just the boring options that you see on
commonly known property sites. There’s a lot more. The brokers can do some nice branding and
marketing on this site without having to burn a hole in their pockets. The pricing has been done to give
you the maximum bang for the buck. The people behind www.flatsindelhi.com seem to have done a
good amount of research before making this site.
The look and feel is pretty interesting.
2. There’s a ‘News’ section for everyone and anyone interested in keeping themselves up-to-date with the
happenings in the property biz in Delhi/NCR. Unlike most other sites these guys are updating the news
section quite regularly which is a breeze in a hot summer. You’d see hundreds of sites who put a news
section just for the heck of it and never update it. My suggestion to them, remove these features if you
don’t have the resources to keep this section up-to-date.
The articles and discussions are good but there’s room for improvement. The discussions will increase
with more and more users joining the forums.
3. Now, time for what they could have done better.
The issue you’d face is that the home page takes slightly longer to open. Blame it on the pictures they’ve
put on the home page which makes it heavier and as a result the homepage takes longer to open.
Manageable.
Then there are a couple of links which were broken when I visited the site. Hope they would have done
the correct linking when you visit the site.
Overall, a pleasant experience to visit and browse the site.
Go visit it!
