Hi, I'm Ross, creator of Ploy. A team of outstanding people who love what they do, thrive on problem-solving and hate being misbranded as "recruitment". I mean no disrespect. After all, I was an IT recruiter for the best part of 15 years in England, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, before moving into IT services. But that's not what Ploy do. Please, don't get me wrong, I get it. We (humans) stick a label on everything and file it away (metaphorically speaking). Our service just happens to be labelled as "recruitment" due to Ploy servicing a niche that sits between IT recruitment and IT services.
