Getting some tips on how to interact with clients in an internet marketing coaching program can be helpful, so I created something for you on this topic.
How To Interact With Clients In an Internet Marketing Coaching Program
1. How To Interact With Clients in an Internet Marketing Coaching Program
2. For people that want or want to work easier and more effectively in an internet marketing business, I want to show you how to interact with clients in an internet marketing coaching program. So how do we decide what kind of interaction we want to use in our coaching business?
Remember that you have blog communication, instant message or chat communication, email communication, forum communication, private blog communication and group or even one on one communication.
So let’s get into this. When deciding what kind of interaction you can have in your coaching business, remember if you only have 3 clients and you interacted every week well then that would only take 3 hours a week of your time.
If you had 100 or more clients, one on one would not be an option but group coaching will. Remember when you grow your coaching business you are scaling it up.
You will eventually need an assistant or somebody that has a handle on the type of questions people will ask. Usually they are the same kind of questions so even if your assistant is not familiar with the questions, they can become good at answering them for you in time.
They can answer and for the questions they don’t know the answers to, they can forward those to you to where you only spend time on the questions that are unique. Remember that a private forum or blog can also be used when you’ve scaled up your business.
3. With that being said, if you are a regular follower of my blog you’ll see how I always stress reading the whole post and not just skimming it to take out the parts you feel you need. When you read everything and learn the content, you will come away with a better and better learning experience.
Having results for your clients brings success to you so, you have to be in a position of learning more and more ways of providing value as time goes on.
I believe it’s best to choose to move in to new related markets and learn and create new trainings as needed. You should start moving from one level of expertise to another so that you can naturally speak your bullet points out.
If it’s written, go sentence by sentence until you know the material. The right material for your demographics and you will attract people you never ever met that will be outside your regular circle of friends.
You’ll feel more comfortable speaking on the telephone but you can do that anytime. Just be who you are. It’s better to go deep but you don’t have to know everything because if you don’t know something you can always tell them you don’t know that answer and if you can get back with them on it. Then you do.
The reason I’m talking about this is because talking on the telephone is going to make it easier to run a group coaching program once you scale up your one on one coaching. It’s powerful because you can interact and get better results for a larger number of clients.
4. So getting back to “how do we decide what kind of coaching we want to use”? Maybe you’re in a position where telephone communication is best. Or maybe email is best for you right now.
Let me give you an example. I’ll use email on this topic because most people can do email, then I’ll come back to the interaction teaching. Email coaching works great for most.
It actually is a great way to answer when you first start your business day. Say that your clients have a question at 2am and they send that question to your email. You can answer when you start your day.
It’s really powerful because people don’t ask a lot of questions. So you can offer unlimited email access and that always attracts a lot of clients to your coaching program. If you have only 4 clients that would only be a few minutes a week because most clients only ask a question or two a week.
Most probably are not going to ask any questions. But even if all 100 sent you a couple a week, that would probably be 100 or 200 questions a week. Probably could answer those on a part time basis because that would only be 20 a day to answer, without an assistant. If you had 100 clients at 200 dollars a month well then that would only be an hour or two a day of work for 20,000 a month.
Remember that you can put some restrictions on your email interaction.
5. You can limit them to only a question or 2 a day or maybe even ask that they will get another question answered only they have implemented what you already gave an answer to.
This will be something you have to get used to but it is a great way to go about things if you have a client that is just asking a ton of questions and not implementing the work. That’s what coaching is, guiding and pushing people to implement what they learn.
Focusing on where they are in their business and the next component to teach that you know will be effective for their circumstances. Not what you have to sell them on. Remember that most people will be at different levels, different personalities, different skills and different amounts of time they can put into building a long term business that they have control of. So email communication could be one way that you can choose for interaction of that information.
