2. Time Accounts
• Working days Monday-Saturday
• Start of the day no later than 10:00 AM
• Productive work hours - 8 hours,
excluding the lunch break, tea break,
personal phone break or whatsoever
break you might want to take
3. Leave
• Leave entitlement:
– 12 Privilege Leaves
– 10 Declared holidays
– 2 Consecutive Sick Leaves
• Privileged leave has to be approved at least a
week prior
• Sick Leave has to be intimated on or before start
of the day
• Sick Leave, extended beyond 2 days need to be
supported by medical certificate
4. Mail & Availability
• Use RetailOn official email ids for any communication
• One day One hour email turnaround
• Any mail has to be acknowledged within one hour and
responded within 1 business day

• Any communication should be simple, clear and supported
with facts
• Be available on Skype during work hours
• Any leave has to be communicated to all stakeholders
5. Work Ethics
• Provide realistic and justifiable deadline to any
allocated work package
• Drive allocated work package with sense of
ownership
• Deliver allocated work package with sense of
responsibility
• Decide work priority with proactive sense of
judgment
• Call out any blockers as soon as identified
6. Review & Growth
• No formal review
• Your work will decide your feedback and so
your growth
• No of years do not matter, if you prove
yourself fit for a role, take it away
