How to Hire an Internal Recruiter
Internal recruiters have an important function in business today. They are
responsible for identifying, recruiting, and on-boarding qualified talent for your
company. Choosing the right internal recruiter allows you to position your company
ahead of the competition by only hiring the best and the brightest to work for you.
There are several steps you should take to ensure your internal recruiter provides
you with a steady stream of talent.
Educational Background
Your internal recruiter should have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably with a
focus on talent management, leadership, or human resources. In most cases, an ideal
candidate will have internship experience that was part of their college graduation
