Worksite Enrollment Capabilities and Requirements * Time Line begins when complete requirements and accurate census are received in the Home Office. ** Basic Core is limited to 5 non-AEB core plans, 2 or fewer benefit groups, and standard reports. *** Complex Core includes more than 5 non-AEB core plans, more than 2 benefit groups, representation of current coverage levels or custom reports. †Coverages must be at manual rates.
45. Any enrollment via contracted enrollers (paid by AEB) requires an enrollment plan developed by AEB’s enrollment coordinator completed prior to 10 business days from the commencement of the enrollment meeting. Otherwise, AEB will not manage or compensate directly for contracted services. Further Commission adjustments may be negotiated for non-standard requests based on additional expenses incurred.
