How to Mute Music While Navi System is working?

There is a question bothered our customers for some times. That’s how to touch a button to make the music
playing in the background would mute, on 2011 Kia Sorento unit when the navigation unit was working.
It will be fine if you touch it once to make it done. But if you enter the address and touch it many times, it will
make you annoyed. Otherwise you may just turn the music down all the way.
But luckily, one of our customers found a way to solution this problem. Here is the method.
When you start up the navigation, you could see a white screen before it starts the map software. On the
screen, touch the “settings ”button. You could see another one on the setting screen, which has various buttons.
One is “volume”. And there you could see two sliders. The other one is “system volume” and the other is
“key-stroke volume”. On the key-stroke volume, select Non. Then it could eliminate the muting of the music
when touching the screen. When a voice command comes through it will still keep muting.
