  • 2. Christmas Eve in Poland
    • Christmas Eve in Poland is on 24th December.
    • It is a family day. We give presents. We decorate the Christmas tree. We put different glass balls and sometimes sweets on it.
  • 3. Christmas Eve-traditions
    • In Poland we have a lot of Christmas customs. We put money under plates. We share wafer and say good wishes to each other. We prepare 12 dishes for the table: fish, borscht, poppy seed cake. We prepare one additional seat and plate at the table.
  • 4. New Year’s Eve
    • In Poland we celebrate New Year’s Eve very happily.
    • We fire colorful fireworks. It is beautiful. We count seconds to the beginning of the New Year.
