ProCount Tablet Counter/Filler

Designed for use with seventy-two (72) slats. This counter can be used either with all active slats or
with one to two blanks separating the count patterns. Use of blanks is determined by type of product, or
counts desired. The counter will operate with either a pneumatic bottle indexing system, or a feed screw,
depending upon size of the counter and/or speed requirements.

trol of slat positioning to insure consistently accurate

sion of our flagship Procount,
offering the same clean design
with quick change overs, but
with a budget friendly price.

The Echo is a 42” machine with a
front drive screw feed bottle han-
dling system.

Featuring Allen-Bradley controls.
The Echo Slat Counter can be made Optel ready should
you desire a vision inspection System.

Capable of up to 180 bottles per minute and can
be disassembled in less than 30 minutes for fast
changeovers.

Versaflow Liquid Filler

 Two Peristaltic Pumps with expansion capability up to 8 filling heads
 A color touch screen operator interface for filling and container handling parameters,
recipes and diagnostic indicators to identify the cause of any problems.
 Multi-axis motion controller.
 Filling speed can be adjusted during the fill cycle to eliminate any potential problems with
foamy products
 Programmable diving nozzles: Dive, Neck and Clear positions for each product and bottle
size can be stored in a recipe for later recall.
 Bottle handling featuring pneumatic gating system, easily adjustable to accommodate a
multiple range of container sizes and shapes.
 Automatic nozzle bar breakaway. If any obstruction is encountered during descend, the
nozzle rack will return to the up position and no filling will take place.
 Electronic container counters to insure the correct number of bottles have entered and
exited the filling area
 Stainless steel and coated aluminum: corrosion resistant and sanitary.


The IPS Peristaltic pumps are the cleanest and easiest pumps in use today for pharmaceutical
applications. No potential for cross contamination or foreign material contamination. Silicon
tubing is the only material in contact with your product.

The Versair is designed for smaller fill operations
where 2-4 pumps will suffice

Bottle Handling Systems
Mono Rail Sanitary Conveyor:

IPS Sanitary Conveyors feature a mono rail design. The conveyor chain rides on a raised bed
supported by a single row of spacers. This allows for ease of access cleaning from both sides of
the conveyor without having to reach between and through conventional twin rail systems.
The motor is completely covered, open only at the bottom eliminating cracks and crevasses for
pills to hide.

Our unique Rail System allows for easy placement of sensors, rails and solenoids without
the need for drilling extra holes. Available in 4 ½ and 7 ½ widths.

There are 2 water hold
tanks: one for detergent and
one for rinse.
In Eco-mode the final rinse
can be used for the first
wash cycle of the next
batch.
Select normal mode for
