3. ProCount Tablet Counter/Filler
Designed for use with seventy-two (72) slats. This counter can be used either with all active slats or
with one to two blanks separating the count patterns. Use of blanks is determined by type of product, or
counts desired. The counter will operate with either a pneumatic bottle indexing system, or a feed screw,
depending upon size of the counter and/or speed requirements.

7. The IPS Peristaltic pumps are the cleanest and easiest pumps in use today for pharmaceutical
applications. No potential for cross contamination or foreign material contamination. Silicon
tubing is the only material in contact with your product.

Mono Rail Sanitary Conveyor:
IPS Sanitary Conveyors feature a mono rail design. The conveyor chain rides on a raised bed
supported by a single row of spacers. This allows for ease of access cleaning from both sides of
the conveyor without having to reach between and through conventional twin rail systems.
The motor is completely covered, open only at the bottom eliminating cracks and crevasses for
pills to hide.
Our unique Rail System allows for easy placement of sensors, rails and solenoids without
the need for drilling extra holes. Available in 4 ½ and 7 ½ widths.
