Landscape Design Intent : The landscape for Parc Vera provides a lush and calming home environment for the owners. The apartments are
organized in a U-shape arrangement, inward facing towards a pool-centric landscape in the middle.
The landscape is arranged on two floors, the third and first storey, with water as the main element. A large water
cascade flows from the third storey down to the first storey, linking the two floors of landscaping.
On the third floor is the main lap pool. This is a 50m long pool flanked on two sides by timber decks and planters,
and visually framed by the residential blocks on two sides.
At the opposite end of the water wall on the first storey is the function room. The function room and gymnasium
have a magnificent view of the ‘river’, decks and greenery, with the waterfall as a backdrop. Activities spill out onto
the deck by the function room, enjoying the landscape environment.
In general, the landscape aims to accentuate the sense of home-arrival when residents enter. The third storey
landscape has a large water body and larger decks, with a quieter feel. The first storey landscapes is more active
with smaller decks and play pool, activities from the clubhouse and water sounds from the water casade. The two
levels of landscape use clean lines and plantings to achieve serenity and lushness.
