Unit 2 2.2 Affirmativesentence
An affirmative sentence is a sentence that affirms or emphasizes an action.  It is used as: A form of exhortation. Do come with me tomorrow.	 Do let me go with him to the beach.  
As a means of contradicting an expressed statement. I do like honey. :S (You don’t like honey) I did do my homework. : S (Nobody did his homework) He does practice sports.  : S(He is a couch potato)  
Affirmative Sentence   This sentence always has the auxiliary do expressed with emphasis. I do my homework in the morning. (not stressed) I dodo my homework in the morning. (emphatic)
