1. Pamela Chears
Pamela Chears began her career in 1990 and she has over 15
years of experience in marketing, customer service, hotel
management/event planning, and administration. With a Masters
of Science in Conflict Management (MSCM) from Kennesaw
State University and a Bachelors of Business Administration
(BBA) from Faulkner University, Pamela contributes to the
marketing, financial and operational sides of many businesses.
Pamela has worked as an Department Coordinator and Job
Coach for a nonprofit agency, served as a Domestic Violence
Counselor for Chicago
Abused Women Coalition, Mediator with the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Cobb County Magistrate
Court. Pamela has worked with Housing Authorities and Boy
Scouts of America developing and implementing workshops and
training programs.
Pamela Chears has worked as College Instructor for DeVry
University teaching Career Development and taught Intro to
Business and Marketing at East West University. Pamela
Chears brings life experience to her classroom based on her
background as a Consultant from various for profit
