12 A Non-Existent ‘I’, ‘Me’ and ‘Mine’

“我”和“我的”

是强烈的错觉。 见苦、
无常、无我,能引导我
们解脱。

Burdens in the mind cause mental dis-ease and misery.
SEEING the Dhamma will lessen this Dukkha certainly.

Wanting, craving, grasping, attaching, and clinging
will ultimately lead to lots of suffering.
想要、渴望、执着、执着和执着最终会导致许多痛苦。
