About My "Why." What’s Yours?
Both my parents, in their mid 60s, have high cholesterol & high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes; dad subsequently suffered a heart attack, and was a heavy smoker (has stopped since!).
These are all precursors to my health. I’ve committed to nurture my body with proper nutrition, regular exercise, and sufficient sleep. I’m talking about treating your body with respect, compassion and care.
P.S. I also drink ‘The Healthiest Meal of the Day’ ... Shakeology!
