Good contractors are very busy so for long term work, sometimes better to go
with new contractors
3. Hourly vs. Fixed Price:
Hourly usually the way to go unless its very clear and measurable work. Usually
scope always changes and hourly better results.
4. Adjust as you Learn and Experiment:
Try to learn about the field from conversations with potential contractors, other
job postings and existing contractors. Use leanings to hire better contractors.
5. Think of Virtual Team:
Treat contractors like virtual team. The more you empower them the more you
will get out of it.
