11. Echelon Resort Las Vegas To be built on the 87 acres where The Stardust, Westward Ho and Budget Suites used to sit, The $4.8-billion Echelon will be the centerpiece of the new north strip. The project will have close to 5,000 rooms which will be divided into five (partially separate) towers. The main 2,500-room Echelon Hotel, the 650-room The Enclave (Suites at Echelon), and the 350-room Shangri-La Las Vegas will share one high-rise while the 860-room Mondrian Las Vegas and the 550-room Delano Las Vegas will share the other. Several acres of Boyd's 87 acres will remain empty for possible future residence towers. Each hotel will have it's own spa.All four hotels will share:- 140,000-sq. ft casino (the fourth largest in Las Vegas)- 300,000-sq. ft. shopping venue- 750,000-sq. ft. convention center (the fourth largest in Vegas)- 30 restaurants and bars - 4,000-seat stadium-style theater (for resident production shows)- 1,500-seat theater (for touring acts)

12. Southern Highlands Resort and CasinoLas Vegas, Nevada The initial development will use 70 acres of the 100-acre site. The $1-billion project will include: 1,400 rooms, a 120,000-sq. ft. casino, meeting space, seven or eight restaurants and other entertainment attractions. About 20 acres of the overall site will feature mixed-use retail.

13. Casino FandangoCarson City, Nevada Owned by Carson Gaming, an affiliate of Olympia Gaming, CASINO FANDANGO has redefined gaming in Carson City, Nevada. Featuring 725 slots with over 3,000 game options, 10 table games, a poker room, a race and sports book and four signature restaurants, Casino Fandango offers amenities that rival major Reno and Las Vegas casino-hotels. In 2008 the Company completed a $45 million expansion which included the addition of a 41,000 sq. ft., 10-screen, Galaxy theater multiplex and a 100 room Courtyard by Marriott hotel.

15. Desert Gate – Dubai, U.A.E. Master Plan Development of a 50 Hotel Resort Destination located in Dubai, U.A.E. Included Infrastructure, Ground Transportation, Highway and Master Plan Analysis. Estimated cost of construction was $30 billion dollars.

16. Love Theater – Mirage Hotel and CasinoLas Vegas, Nevada Beatles "LOVE" by Cirque Du Soleil. Managed design & construction of the award winning 2,013-seat showroom at the Mirage. Included all theatrical systems infrastructure and equipment including custom built stage lifts, automation, rigging, acrobatic winches, lighting dimming & controls, sound/video/communication systems, and cryogenic special effects infrastructure. Marnell Corrao Associates served as Architect of Record and General Contractor. Total project cost approx $100 million.

17. Bellagio Hotel and Casino and ExpansionLas Vegas, Nevada The Bellagio opened in 1998, in Las Vegas, Center Strip, and at that time was the most expensive hotel casino ever built at $1.6 billion. The hotel features include: the Fountains of Bellagio, the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art, Via Bellagio Shopping Arcade (the shops are on the second level at the entrance - luxury at its finest), the Conservatory, and the aquatic show 'O'. • Grand opening: October 15, 1998 Original cost: $1.6 billion. Spa Tower opened December 23, 2004; Cost: $375 million; Additional 928 rooms and suites, 60,000 square feet more of meeting and convention space, expanded spa, new retail outlets, restaurant Sensi, and a European-style pastry shop, Jean Philippe Pâtisserie, Total room count 3,933 guest rooms, including 512 suites.

18. California Hotel and Casino ExpansionLas Vegas, Nevada The California occupieds15.5 acres in downtown Las Vegas. The hotel, after expansion, contained nearly 800 guest rooms, while the casino, comprising 36,000 square feet of gaming space, featured 35 table games and 1,100 slot machines. Included within the hotel and casino complex were five restaurants and a recreational vehicle park capable of serving 95 vehicles, the only such facility in downtown Las Vegas.

19. Treasure Island Hotel and CasinoLas Vegas, Nevada Treasure Island Hotel and Casino is located on the Las Vegas Strip with 2,664 rooms and 220 suites. It’s connected by tram to The Mirage as well as a pedestrian bridge to the Fashion Show Mall shopping Center. Treasure Island was opened by Mirage Resorts in 1993.

20. Mirage Hotel and CasinoLas Vegas, Nevada The Mirage Hotel & Casino has been a fixture on the Las Vegas Strip for 20 years. Its owners needed to make $1 million a day to pay off its construction loan in seven years. It took only 18 months. The Mirage was built on the former site of the Castaways Hotel and Casino. At a cost of $820 million, it was the most expensive hotel and casino ever built when it opened in November 1989. The Mirage has 3,044 rooms, including 281 suites. The casino floor covers more than 100,000 square feet to house table games and slots. Behind the front desk stands a 20,000 gallon saltwater aquarium with about 1,000 aquatic creatures in residence. Outside the hotel, the newly reinvented volcano experience sends fire 60 feet into the air.
