How to prevent heart attack?

How hypnosis works is oftentimes very mysterious. Hypnosis is indeed one of the most
complicated and complex field that man has studied and tried to explain. Explaining the
system of hypnosis to a common man has been done in Hollywood films however, fiction and
exaggeration have made hypnosis look like a magic which can turn a good man evil or do the
bidding of the hypnotist.

Basically, hypnosis does involve relaxing a person and letting the person concentrate on no
other thing except of which the hypnotist wants the person to pay attention to. However, the
outrageous thought that hypnosis can lead to the person completely changing isnt true. A
hypnotist can only try his best to change a persons point of view regarding certain things,
however, some habits and nature cant be changed which includes the persons basic nature.

What is to be understood regarding hypnosis is that hypnosis does actually work in the real
world. You can also go into a trance without a hypnotist doing so when you are in a boring
lecture. When you look outside the window, your brain basically goes into a trance to watch
the bird outside and does not listen to a single word that the lecturer utters. Hence, hypnosis
is possible.

Now, lets actually examine how hypnosis works? To learn this, it is imperative to realize that
a persons brain can be divided into two states. One is the conscious brain and the other
being the sub-conscious brain. Your conscious brain basically deals with the things that
happen in real-time like listening to the lecturer and the small voice which you hear inside
your head while reading.

However, your conscious brain depends on the sub-conscious brain immensely. Your
subconscious brain is where all your habits originate and the sub conscious brain actually
controls the behavior and reactions of the person too at a particular position.

The subconscious brains formula for something getting stored in it is repetition of the same
act. You would realize this while doing any repetitive work. You may write the same sentence
third time with true concentration but you would be able to do the same the next time without
even concentrating as your sub-conscious stores that piece of writing.

However, whenever one interacts with the other, one actually interacts with the conscious
brain and thus, if you advice him about leaving a bad habit, he wont really do it. The reason
is that the subconscious brain finds the habit right as the habit has been done repeatedly.

How hypnosis actually works is by targeting the subconscious brain and directly telling the
person that the habit is wrong. The hypnotists try to enter the person into a trance and then
communicate with the subconscious brain, the deeper the habit has been ingrained however,
the lesser the chance of the hypnosis being effective. Hypnotists try using hypnosis scripts to
let person leave certain habits by feeding their subconscious brain with the script. However,
for hypnosis to work, the person under the hypnotic effect must allow the hypnotist to interact
with his subconscious brain.
