As an engineer I have worked in startup as well as in regular engineering organizations and found both environments rewarding although nothing can really match the buzz and thrive of a startup (including the late nights, the ups and downs, etc.). Engineering experience has been mostly in overlapping field of process technology, library and EDA that requires skills and insights in all three fields. At a later stage the marketing and executive management experience was added in.
