            The client is preoccupation with details, rules, lists, order, organization, or schedules
to the point at which the major goal of the activity is lost. He also showas excessive concern for
perfection in small details that interferes with the completion of his job and he is vert dedicated
to work and people he loves that shuts out friendships and leisure-time activities. He saves worn-
out or useless objects specially when it has sentimental value. He is also insistence that tasks be
completed according to one's personal preferences and shows stinginess with the self and others.
Treatment Goals
• For the client to change her behavior toward the people around him, for the client to have
     longer patience.
• To develop and enhance the client’s interpersonal relationship and for her to socialize with
     other people.
• To release the stress and controls compulsions he is feeling.
• To be productive.
Interventions
          The counselor can assist and guide the client to achieve the goals by
cognitive behavioral therapy, continuous counseling session, and programs about
anger management and time management. Activities, assignments and journal can
also help the client in dealing and achieving the goals.
Frequency
Once or twice a week for the session and the counseling;
Duration
          3-6 months, depends on behavioral and emotional outlook of the
individual.
Location
The service or therapy will take place at home.
