1. REACTION PAPER ON FIELDTRIP IN BACOLOD
On May 29 it thursday we have our teachers’ conference in our school.I haven’t packed
my things yet I was quite hesistant to go because of my son who is a 3 ½ years old he still
breastfed on me at night.And there are many problems that arises during that day,but my
husband tells me to go for tomorrows fieldtrip so I packed my things that night.At around 4 am I
woked up and started to sipped a cup of coffee and took a bath my son was still asleep that
morning.I kissed him around 5:00 and said goodbye and then my husband accompany at
FCU.There were six vans waiting for us some arrived early and some got late.
I rode at the white van together with my other classmates in masteral at FCU.But I fetch
my friend who is waiting for us in Baliwagan.I didn’t sleep during our trip,we laugh because we
were watching video which was so funny and after that around 8:30 am we arrived at the port of
Iloilo the travel agency that was assigned give us food that was packed in styro I was a bit
hungry then I ate a lot.At ocean jet,around 9:30 am we rode the ocean jet it was my first time I
saw the island of Guimaras in the window going to Bacolod I feel the wave of the boat and
dizziness follow.The travel last for one hour and 25 mins at around 11 am we arrived at Bacolod
City,there were six vans waiting again on us this time I rode at the gray van,the driver was young
compare to the other drivers he drove us to our first destination at the Negros Museum.We are
grouped into two,we are so excited that we took pictures;paintings and other murals,I saw a
Bangka that was hang which was use by the negrense a long time ago.Their paintings have
historical meaning it shows their traditions and culture.The lady who is incharge on us and she
introduces the um they have rooms of the museum the owner collect toys for around 30 years
they are many dolls,santa claus,dress of people long time ago.The toys were in an enclosed glass
and you cannot take pictures inside.
After that we went out and went to the front door,Before that was the main gate,But we
enter on the back door.The outside of the main door shows the train that was used a long time we
have our group picture we look up and we saw how tall the building was,there were
terraces.Then we went upstairs there many furnitures,appliances,that was used before,famous
person such as the father of Jose Mari Chan.Around 11:40 we went straight at chicken deli of
course,chicken and pork was servedAt the right side of it was Negros showroom but we
immediately leave.Another stop was on the May’s organic farm,it was about to rain we saw there
different shredder ,organic livestock production where pigs are not smelly because there ground
was covered with saw dust and they eat madre de agua.they have different organic plants and
lemon grass was made to oil and other products.The farm was so wide they produce
pandesal,coffee,sugar out of their plants.There snacks that was served are calamansi juice,honey
and piaya.We walked to see how vast their lands.That was the first day and we went to the forest
park at around 3 pm,we were so tired that we want to have rest
