• In army, mentoring system consists of three generations.
• General mentoring system has 1 on 1 mapping (mentor and mentee)
• Senior of Senior / Senior / Junior
• Soldiers say it as Grandfather / Father / Son

• Grandfather : 1 ~ 1.5 years

  29. Artifact를 제시하고 그것으로부터 새로운 과제를 도출하는 작업을 하는 것이 리뷰 미팅이죠. 기본적으로 주 1회 모의사격을 실시하여 데모를 보여준다. 그런데 왜 unlimited ? 횟수 제한이 없다 타이밍에도 제한이 없다 언제 할지 모르고, 실수하면 엄청 혼나기 때문에 다들 긴장상태에서 하는 일 자체가 코딩과는 달리 복잡하지 않기 때문에 심리적으로 불안전할 때 사실은 본능적으로 가장 큰 퍼포먼스를 내게 됩니다.
