2.  These are the common problems in our
community.
Need of the Community
In our neighborhood, the streets are full of dirty wastes and tall
grasses which can be the cause of harmful effects to our community. We need
to clean our streets, remove or cut these tall grasses and replace them as
productive trees that would help the community.

3. The goal of my project
is to raise environmental
awareness amongst our
community and have a cleaner
environment by helping each
other. I wanted to conduct a
clean up drive and tree
planting activity and in this
way, the citizens would know
the importance of the
environment and how they
could contribute in making our

place to live.

4. To achieve my goal of cleaning our
community and conducting a tree planting
activity:
 1.I made a permission letter to the
Barangay Captain and let him sign it.
2.I encouraged the citizens and barangay
officials to join and support the activity and
I also made some announcements about
the activity and invited my friends and
classmates.
 3.I also collected and accepted tree
seedling donations. There are 15 tree
seedlings that I collected and there are 20
volunteers including the Barangay Captain
that helped in conducting the clean up
drive and tree planting activity.
 4.We will monitor the trees while they are
growing and make sure that these would
help our community a cleaner and safer
place.

4.On Saturday,October 27,2012,there are 15
tree seedlings that had been planted and
there are 20 volunteers including the Barangay
Captain that helped in conducting the clean
up drive and tree planting activity.Some of the
volunteers,also helped in preparing the snacks
for the others that helped in accomplishing
the activity.
 5.We will monitor the seedlings while they are
growing and make sure that these would help
our community a cleanier and safer place.

6.  After the implementation
of the project, wastes and

.There were 15 seedlings
that had been planted and
are being monitored to
ensure that these trees
would grow for the better.
There are 20 citizens in our
community who became
more aware about the
environment and started
taking their part in saving
the environment.
