Unique Cottage Lots on offer at Woburn Park
Developers, LWP Property Group, will release 7 homesites at Woburn Park at
the Vines to LWP Advantage Members on Wednesday 7 October and a week
later on 14 October to the general public.
Woburn Park is a premium private country estate and the release of Stage 16A
will include unique cottage homesites, some of the last of their kind in Woburn
Park.
General Manager – Sales for LWP Property Group, Mr Tony McEntee, said whilst
there had been some cottage lots released at Woburn Park in the past, there
haven’t been any available for many years.
“These lots are a rare product in Woburn Park and we anticipate they will
appeal to downsizers and empty nesters that would love to live in a prestigious
estate such as Woburn Park, but don’t necessarily want a large back yard to
maintain,” he said.
“It is the first time in at least 5 years we have released a product like this in
Woburn Park, so there is definitely a build up in demand for them.
“We are encouraging interested buyers to make sure they register for LWP
Advantage, so they can buy one week ahead of the general public to get their
pick.”
The cottage lots are rear loaded and elevated and all front a stunning public
open space.
“There is no road between these homesites and the park and each home will
have direct park access from stairs leading to their entry,” Mr McEntee said.
The cottage lots will be priced from $249,000 and range in size from 366sqm –
577sqm.
Three further homesites will form part of the Stage 16A release, ranging in size
from 585sqm – 691sqm and priced from $299,000.
2. Mr McEntee said these larger homesites are also all within walking distance or
overlooking green spaces.
“Woburn Park is well known for its Bush Forever natural parklands and sense
of space and many of these larger homesites also overlook public open space,”
he said.
Woburn Park now has less than 60 homesites left to be released over the life of
the development, so Mr McEntee added that the opportunities are becoming
very limited.
